Affectionately referred to as Yoda by his colleagues, Eli enjoys sharing his deep understanding of how people communicate, grow, and change in order to support successful achievement of their most important goals. From 2021-2023, Eli was the lead trainer for the coaching division of SUCCESS®, a leader in the personal development field for the last 127 years. During his tenure, he trained and certified over 300 coaches in effective coaching models, skills, and techniques. He continues to train, certify, and develop coaches on behalf of SUCCESS® Space on a monthly basis.

As a salesperson, Eli has earned both local and national awards as a REALTOR®. He has been recognized as a top producing agent and as a cultural leader in the real estate industry. Eli has been training seasoned and newly licensed real estate agents in effective and ethical sales since 2012.
